What You’ll Do: As a Sign Production Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our signs are made with precision and care. You’ll be responsible for reading measurements, using various tools, and assembling signs that meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure & Cut: Be comfortable with a tape measure to ensure precise dimensions and cuts.
Tool Usage: Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery to produce and assemble signs.
Stay Organized: Keep work areas neat, and track materials and inventory to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Multi-task: Juggle different tasks like cutting, assembling, and finishing signs—no two days are the same!
Collaborate: Work closely with the team to meet production goals and deadlines. Teamwork is key!
Problem-Solving: Be quick on your feet to troubleshoot and solve any issues that come up during production.
Positive Vibes: Bring a can-do attitude to the shop every day, and help keep the energy up—even when things get hectic.
