We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. This is a pool business, so you will learn about our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer support by assisting clients with their needs.
- Perform various administrative tasks with our software, which we will train you for.
- We do have a store where we do water testing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Operate office equipment including phone systems, computers, and printers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience with pools or running a register is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer support practices and office procedures is essential.
- Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy are required to perform daily tasks efficiently.
