what you will need

· 5 years experience executing advertising agency and marketing creative

· The ability to have a big picture understanding and detailed daily approach.

· A killer portfolio that showcases your best traditional and digital design. Web and video design (storyboarding, motion graphics) creative a plus.

· A strong foundation and deep experience in visual design disciplines.

· Experience translating marketing plans into visually exciting and engaging designs across traditional and digital channels.

· Visual storytelling through stylescapes, images, illustration, animation or infographics.

· Concept and execute engaging brand experiences.

· A thorough understanding of print production and printing processes.

· Strict adherence to deadlines.

· Active participation in brainstorm sessions and idea creation.

· Establish and maintain consistency of brand assets.

· Collaborate with clients and Rebel River team to help define and execute concept direction.

· Put forward conceptual direction while also being open to other opinions.

what you will do

· Actively join in ideation and contribute innovative suggestions for new business pitches and presentations.

· Understand the business needs of our clients, and have the ability to concept and design compelling solutions that align with overall creative strategy.

· Work through the entire design lifecycle, from ideation to producing rough concepts to delivering a polished design solution.

· Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Premier, After Effects a plus. XD or Apple Sketch, PowerPoint or Keynote.

· Highly collaborative work style.

The founders saw the opportunity to create a modern, nimble, professional, highly experienced marketing and digital agency. Taking a bold step forward, they pulled together an elite team and opened Rebel River Creative.
