Rebel River Creative LLC is hiring: Account Manager/Writer in Billings

Rebel River Creative is searching for an Account Manager / Writer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be able to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ brands, business, industry, and competition. Together with your team, you will help manage the overall strategic direction and agency relationship with the account. You must have excellent writing skills and be able to generate original content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients. Be available, be responsive, be accountable, communicate thoroughly and frequently, and be responsible.
• Know our clients’ brand, business, industry, and competition. Be a valued, knowledgeable, and trusted resource to clients.
• Participate in creative ideation and contribute innovative ideas.
• Create original content for various channels including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Schedule and conduct new client onboarding meetings to establish / learn expectations, requirements, processes, and such to establish a firm foundation for a successful relationship with client.
• Work closely and cooperatively with the team to deliver services on target, on time, on budget and in accordance with Agency workflow.
• Prevent or quickly and effectively solve problems.
• Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, revisions, etc. to keep projects on schedule, relay information to internal teams quickly and thoroughly.
• Provide the highest level of customer support in a proactive, positive and productive manner.
• Proactively sell thinking, creative, strategy, and new work / projects to clients.
• Participate in Business Development efforts.
• Always go above and beyond expectations.

Qualifications :

Salary : $60K or higher, depending on experience.
