Rebel Wolves is, at its core, a team of experienced veterans, who want to make great, and innovative Role-Playing Games! We’re working on a brand new AAA story-driven dark fantasy RPG for PCs and consoles in Unreal Engine 5. And we’re looking for you to join us!

As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for supporting many HR related tasks in the studio, with a strong focus on labor law issues and document preparation. If you want to work in the HR field, know labor law backward and forward and are people-oriented at the same time - we can be a good match!

Responsibilities :

Preparation of employment and civil law contracts and other related documents.
Preparation of documentation for ZUS, Tax office and other public institutions when needed.
Handling the payroll.
Keeping personnel files and supervision of the proper personnel documentation flow.
Advising in labor law related issues for the studio and employees.
Supporting ongoing recruitment processes (organizing candidate applications and supporting communication with candidates).

Requirements :

At least 4 years of work experience in a HR department, in a similar role, dealing with labor law issues and payroll preparation .

Practical knowledge of labor law, social security system and tax regulations.

An interest in the gamedev industry and / or passion for video games will be your advantage.

Excellent personal organizational skills and attention to details.

Proactive approach for the tasks at hand.

Excel user on advanced level and effective user of other key software packages, (eg. Google Sheets, MS Word).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Polish & English ( B2 level is a must ).
