Position Overview
As Rebellion’s Controller, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll build the financial infrastructure that powers our company’s vision. This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for process improvement. You’ll manage all aspects of our accounting operations while helping shape financial strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary : $95k-115k Incentive & Ownership Opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting
Lead all day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable on a weekly cadence
Manage payroll in partnership with our third-party provider
Maintain accurate job costing and expense tracking across projects
Drive monthly and year-end close processes
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections
Financial Strategy & Process Improvement
Develop scalable accounting processes and reporting tools
Own monthly financial reporting including KPIs, job costing summaries, and A/R aging
Implement and manage tools for cash flow forecasting and budgeting
Assist in the selection and rollout of new accounting software and systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
5 years of progressive accounting experience, with prior Controller experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with construction or fabrication industries is a plus
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and FASB standards
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience building scalable systems in a high-growth environment
