Job Type: Full-time | Salary: $135,000–$165,000 Incentive & Ownership Opportunities
Qualifications | Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7-10 years in financial leadership roles, with proven success in job costing, financial management, and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement.
- Proficiency with financial software, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, including mentoring cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience overseeing Human Resources, IT, or shared services functions.
- Expertise in financial planning for company expansions and growth initiatives.
- Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build and manage financial structures, including budgeting, cash flow planning, and forecasting.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners.
- Lead and mentor teams in Accounting, HR, IT, and shared services, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic financial planning for company expansions and major growth initiatives.
- Implement and maintain policies and controls to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and achieve company-wide objectives.
- Provide insightful financial guidance and reporting to support informed decision-making at all levels.
