We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Lead. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional service to our customers, managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team to provide a best-in-class customer service experience to enhance and improve the life of their pets. This is a floor manager position and leading by example is key.
- Experience with the ability to coach, train and develop a sales focused team
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train new customer service team members
Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Exceptional problem-solving skills working in a fast-paced environment
· Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
· Multilingual abilities are highly desired
· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Minimum 2 years retail sales plus 2 years in retail management position leading a team
