We are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to support our team, enhance daily operations, and ensure efficiency in administrative tasks. This position is primarily remote, but some administrative meetings are conducted in person.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the administrative team, ensuring smooth handling of calls, emails, and scheduling requests.
- Facilitate weekly administrative meetings, some conducted in person.
- Coordinateadministrative tasks and workflows to maintain efficiency within the practice.
- Support clinicians with scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
- Assist with billing tasks, reports, and payment tracking.
- Utilize technology to improve processes and maintain organized systems.
- Handle documentation requests for insurance companies, clients, and community partners, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with leadership to supportorganizational goals and administrative effectiveness.
- Assist with website updates and social media management (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, healthcare, or mental health settings (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings.
- Familiarity with insurance billing for commercial and Medicaid(preferred).
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and other administrative technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
