Rebis Health is a comprehensive sleep center, meaning we take a 360-degree approach to sleep medicine. We provide the medical expertise for patients to be diagnosed & treated under one roof, from evaluation to testing and treatment. Our board-certified doctors and PAs evaluate patients, handing them off to our team of stellar sleep technologists for testing, followed by treatment by a consortium of doctors, PAs, PAP technologists,cognitive-behavioral therapists, and sleep dentists. One of the many things that sets Rebis Health apart from other sleep organizations in addition to the breadth of treatment options is a streamlined in-house approach. In addition to our team of clinical providers, we have a comprehensive durable medical equipment department or DME which coordinates PAP therapy appointments for patients and timely orders of the PAP machines and supplies. Working in conjunction with our DME team are our Patient Care Coordinators, Billing Coordinators, and friendly Front-Office staff. We are looking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator to join our scheduling team. We are a comprehensive sleep center with locations throughout the front range and Frisco. Our Patient Care Coordinators help patients navigate the various appointments associated with treating sleep conditions. On the scheduling team, you’ll navigate patients through the scheduling process and educate them on what to expect for their appointments and answer their questions to put them at ease with exceptional patient care. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent patient care, think quickly to resolve issues that may arise and pays attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Assist with telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and patient advocacy
- Act as a representative of the practice by providing high levels of customer service and efficiency throughout interactions with patients and referring providers
- Responds to patient inquiries via phone, text or patient portal
- Prepares outgoing correspondence (including standard mail, e-mail, and faxes) to patients and referring providers.
What You Bring
- High School diploma, GED or recognized equivalent required; or one to two years related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to multitask.
What We Offer
- COMPENSATION: $18 to $22 per hour
- FULL TIME: 8AM to 5PM, Monday - Friday
- BENEFITS: medical, dental & vision, matching 401k, PTO.
