What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Molding Setup/Processing Technician, Second Shift, *4 DAY WORK WEEK*, 2 years experience req'd position at Rebling Plastics?
Growing company looking for more great people to join a great team of employee-owners. We're a 100% employee-owned company with a 4 day full time work week. We mold plastic parts for a variety of industries, including defense, aerospace, medical, industrial and consumer products.
Setup position is for 2nd shift. Work week is Monday to Thursday.
The Setup Technician is responsible for installing plastic injection molds in presses and establishing process parameters to insure consistent part quality and efficient cycles. Experience with thermoset transfer molding a plus.
At least 2 years of mold setup/processing experience required. Must have a high school diploma and be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift and move 55 lb containers of materials, as well as be able to stand in stationary position up to 2 hours at a time. Must have adequate vision to inspect parts and labels.
