HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to their needs and objectives. Fulfill customer requirements to address pricing and commercial needs that include creation of customers’ price breakdown forms, tooling price breakdown forms, and various requests for information.
- Support new business development: work with Director of Sales on sales strategy, identify new opportunities and secure RFQs, respond to RFQs; compile business case and fill in price breakdowns, and various commercial negotiations.
- Secure PO and release to internal departments
- Awarded program financials: track & maintain launch expense budget, customer recovery, change management
- Capital requests & financial feasibility study.
- Profit analysis for SOP X months to analyze the profitability of project in production as compared to business case.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer projects and meet objectives.
- Initiate, execute, and close commercial topics with OEMs and Tier 1 customers in a timely manner
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
- 3-5 years’ experience in account management, sales and/or finance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven data analysis and new program quotation experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Automotive lighting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance preferred.
