We are seeking motivated individuals to participate in our structured training program. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and skill development.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Work efficiently towards completing the training program.
- Participate in hands-on learning activities with trainer oversight and apply feedback effectively.
- Show initiative in understanding department processes and utilizing company technology and software.
- Communicate regularly with trainers regarding progress and training needs.
- Support a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
- Stay organized and track personal training milestones.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of math.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and problem-solve efficiently.
- Effective time management skills.
- Some engineering experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role.
