The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ensure partners and project team leads have the necessary information to service our customers
Provide training for all newly onboarded partners
Maintain partner documents; licensing and insurance
Communicate contract details with partners, project team leads, and customers
Responsible for reviewing partner & vendor invoices upon receipt
Create, update, and receive purchases orders (labor and material)
Run an expected delivery report on all outstanding purchase orders
Maintain ledger of all subcontract payment totals on bi-weekly basis
Process permit requests through established permit procurement process
Qualifications
Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our system
Customer service oriented personality
Ability to work in a FAST paced, multi-tasking environment
Experience with a CRM and logistics preferred
Technologically experienced; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (We are paperless)
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Must be customer service driven
Must be able to pass a background screening
Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
