What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 10-12 sales professionals, helping them exceed targets and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
Coach for Success: Provide hands-on support and weekly ride-alongs to elevate your team’s performance.
Drive Results: Use your expertise to analyze sales data, implement growth strategies, and increase revenue.
Lead by Example: Be hands-on in the field when needed, helping close deals and mentor your team.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of in-home sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales management (home remodeling background preferred)
A proven track record of leading successful teams and hitting sales targets
Solid knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling
Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce is a bonus)
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
