Contract Administrator

We are looking for a Bath Contract Administrator to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities Meet or exceed department goals and performance expectations as outlined by management. Follow and adhere to scheduled work hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and adjust to any changes in procedures or protocols as communicated by management. Ensure all sold jobs are reviewed by the next business day (Monday jobs by Tuesday, Friday jobs by Monday). Monitor the Project Dashboard regularly to ensure all projects are ready for progression and move forward as necessary. Review Bath Solution jobs for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation is in place, including contracts, photos, and addendums. Work with the Expediting Team to manage projects on hold, ensuring they are promptly reviewed and all issues are resolved. Keep email inbox organized and address tasks in a timely manner. Assist with various tasks assigned by the Bath Solutions team to ensure smooth workflow. Provide feedback on areas for improvement in sales reps' contracts and photo documentation through presentations or reports. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and within a team setting. Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Customer service-driven mindset with a focus on satisfaction and quality.
