Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. We provide one on one physical therapy treatments with no double booking. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that help our patients regain mobility, strength, and overall function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and best
practice guidelines.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercise techniques, and preventive measures.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
