Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Session Lead to facilitate teen workshops on social and life skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-developed lesson plans, engaging with teens in a meaningful way, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Driving to various facilities within the specified zip codes is required, and travel time will be factored into working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and teach teens vital social and life skills using provided lesson plans.
- Engage participants actively and create a supportive environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse groups of teens.
- Manage the classroom effectively to ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate attendance and session records.
- Ensure all content is delivered in compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading youth programs (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with teens.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to facilities in specified zip codes.
- Current Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain one.
- A passion for helping teens develop essential life skills.

Hours and Compensation:
