- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote pre-disaster planning services to commercial clients, property managers, and facility directors.
- Identify and target high-value clients, including hospitals, hotels, manufacturing facilities, and retail chains.
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and in-person meetings to establish new business relationships.
- Prepare and present customized proposals showcasing the benefits of a Pre-Disaster Plan (PDP).
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales, disaster restoration, emergency management, or commercial insurance sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Emergency Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
