We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage projects, create accurate estimates, and ensure seamless execution to meet client expectations.

Position Overview

The Project Manager / Estimator plays a vital role in assessing damage, creating detailed estimates, coordinating project execution, and ensuring successful completion. This position involves working closely with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage project scope, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site damage assessments and prepare accurate project estimates using Xactimate
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and work scopes
• Oversee the execution of restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
• Track project progress, update stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members
• Ensure all necessary permits, documentation, and approvals are obtained
• Use Google Workspace and Fishbowl to track material orders, inventory, and job costing
• Maintain quality control and safety compliance on job sites
• Address project challenges proactively to meet deadlines and client expectations

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management, estimating, or restoration/construction
• Proficiency in Xactimate (required) and knowledge of commercial insurance claims
• Strong understanding of commercial building codes and construction best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Fishbowl, and project management tools
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and contracts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
