Position Overview
Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay (RTTB) is seeking a Rehab Program Manager to lead and oversee residential rehabilitation projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they meet quality standards, are delivered on time and within budget, and comply with all program and grant requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grant-funded programs, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Program Oversight:
• Develop project scopes of work for rehabilitation projects in collaboration with the Construction Program Coordinator.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to budget constraints.
• Ensure all projects meet grant and funding requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination:
• Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Work with municipal agencies and funding partners to align project goals with programmatic requirements.
• Engage with homeowners to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Grant and Compliance Tracking:
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of grants and contracts funding rehabilitation projects.
• Track all project deliverables to ensure alignment with specific grant requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Development and Accounting Teams to ensure financial and programmatic compliance with grant terms.
• Identify and address any potential risks or challenges related to grant compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on funding guidelines and ensure projects are executed within their parameters.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the Development Team and Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of program outcomes, budgets, and compliance.
• Provide necessary data and updates to the Development Team, which will handle all communication and reporting directly to funders.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project outcomes, metrics, and compliance documentation to support the Development Team in preparing funder reports.
• Ensure all reporting aligns with grant requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Extensive experience managing residential construction or rehabilitation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage grant-funded programs, including understanding and tracking deliverables, deadlines, and budgets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
