Position Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success, growth, and compliance of RTTB’s housing and community-based programs. The Program Manager will oversee program implementation within a designated district and collaborate with various departments to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with grant and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop guidelines, standards, and procedures for Safe and Healthy Homes programs.
- Build and manage relationships with nonprofit partners, community funders, and stakeholders.
- Track clients and maintain programmatic standards for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify outreach strategies to increase program visibility and client intake.
- Attend stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates, and support reporting efforts.
- Coordinate with the Construction Program Coordinator on project scopes and delivery.
- Assist with client intake, service coordination, and subcontractor onboarding.
- Maintain program records, subcontractor documentation, and compliance files.
- Promote RTTB’s mission through partnerships and outreach opportunities.
- Analyze program data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in program management or community development.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with municipalities and local agencies.
- Familiarity with grant compliance, reporting standards, and impact metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
