Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Rebus Advertising, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who will help you refine your skill set, while you bring a fresh perspective to the table. This is an exciting opportunity for someone hungry to learn, grow, and help us deliver exceptional marketing results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising:
  • Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, monitoring performance and recommending optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • SEO Support:
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and support link-building efforts to improve organic search rankings.
  • Content Collaboration:
  • Work with our creative and content teams to brainstorm and develop engaging copy for blogs, social media posts, and websites, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Gather campaign data and create clear, actionable reports to track KPIs and advise on improvement strategies.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to recommend new strategies and tactics.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Recent graduates are welcome!
  • Passion & Eagerness to Learn:
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset:
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is a plus. An aptitude for interpreting data to influence campaign decisions.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Abilities:
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Technical Aptitude:
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or other marketing tools is beneficial but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
  • Team Player:
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a knack for working cohesively within a team environment.
