CDL Truck Driver & Lot Technician

Full-time CDL Driver & Lot Technician needed

Pay: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL licensing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to submit to background/drug check and provide employment recommendations.
• Ability to operate agricultural and construction equipment.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
• Basic mechanical experience

This position is responsible for pickup and delivery of agricultural/construction equipment on a 2 ton < vehicle and gooseneck trailer. No loads over 35K Lbs. This position also entails whatever additional duties the service department needs. Including but not limited to assembly of equipment, loading trailers, vehicle maintenance and some facilities maintenance.

Duties may include the following: (other duties may be assigned)
• Transport equipment to and from dealership along with other hauling needs
• Provide exceptional customer service skills.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods spent driving when required and retain all receipts.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations according to CDOT (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trucks and equipment into loading and unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.
• Assemble implements/attachments
• Vehicle, trailer and facility maintenance.
