You’ll work with a dynamic team to match candidates with projects that shape the future of transportation, environmental sustainability, and urban development. We work in Civil, Geotechnical, Power & Energy, Electrical, Water, and others etc.

- Implement innovative strategies to attract top civil engineering talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Build talent pipelines through networking, events, and online platforms.
- Evaluate candidates in areas like project management, software skills (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and certifications (EIT, PE).
- Offer strategic support on hiring best practices, industry trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Regularly attend a networking event (golf tournaments, happy hours, lunches, job fairs)
🛠️ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Job Diva
- Experience recruiting in civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with civil engineering disciplines and certifications.
- Ability to juggle multiple hiring processes and meet deadlines.
