Description
Position Summary : Assist IFE Suppliers, Program Management, BFE Support, Electrical Engineering, Production, Repair Station, Test Cage and Prototype shop to ensure all IFE Tester and Fit Check components support test and production schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned :
External :
- Coordinates with IFE vendor technicians during required software / hardware upgrades and / or training
- Coordinates the return of all T commission IFE supplier Fit Check and Test Parts with BFE team and Program Manager.
- Coordinates IFE tester repairs and / or replacements with the appropriate IFE supplier and BFE team.
