Key Responsibilities
- Conform to written work instructions, standard procedures, and processes to perform layup and assembly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, lay out, fabricate, and build composite structures and components.
- Layup various composite components with a focus on precision and quality, utilizing RTM, Infusion, and prepreg processes.
- Assist in fitting core components with attention to close tolerances.
- Develop and trace patterns of products or parts using templates.
- Maintain a safe workplace environment by adhering to Environmental Health and Safety policies.
- Deliver high-quality products and services on time.
- Perform routine tasks in preparation for and assist in the fabrication, curing, build-up, and assembly of various types of composite materials.
