- Degree in plastics engineering, electronical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable qualification.
Experience:
- Professional experience in the motorsports and fiber composite technology fields.
- Understanding of current requirements and processes of the motorsport industry, including future trends.
- Detailed understanding of the fiber composite part production process.
- Knowledge of lightweight construction technology and its design guidelines.
- Knowledge of simulation of fiber composite parts.
- Experience in seat development.
- CAD experience with Catia V5.
- Experience of common automotive development and quality processes.
Priorities:
- Quick learner, work independently, committed, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as hands-on mentality desired.
- Travel: 25% to suppliers and customers.
