About the Role :
We're looking for a results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing programs that help partners drive sales and deliver measurable results. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure that campaigns, events, and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and optimized for maximum ROI.
This role requires approximately 30% travel to partner meetings, events, and other co-marketing activities across the EMEA region.
Key Role Responsibilities :
- Event Planning & Co-marketing Execution : Oversee the logistics and execution of partner co-marketing events, including managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, creating joint campaign strategies, coordinating lead flow, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Co-marketing Opportunity Development : Identify and evaluate co-marketing opportunities with partners and agencies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and execute joint campaigns that drive mutual value, foster deeper partner engagement, and support partner sales efforts.
- Lead Management & Sales Alignment : Collaborate with the Channel Management team to track and report on lead generation, qualification, and conversion from co-marketing initiatives. Ensure proper lead follow-up and routing, while optimizing the partner sales process to maximize conversion and pipeline growth.
- Budget Management & ROI Analysis : Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) budget, tracking spend and measuring the ROI of co-marketing campaigns. Ensure funds are allocated efficiently to support partner initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and align with broader sales goals.
- Tactical Innovation : Recommend and pilot new partner marketing strategies and tactics to drive channel pipeline growth and improve campaign efficiency. Regularly test innovative approaches to enhance partner collaboration and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with global teams, including Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Managers, and Solutions Engineers, to execute high-impact channel programs. Ensure seamless alignment across internal and partner teams to deliver joint campaigns that achieve business goals.
- Partner Relationship & Enablement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing them with the resources, tools, and insights needed to execute successful co-marketing initiatives. Enable partners to effectively leverage marketing assets to drive product adoption and sales.
- Performance Reporting & Data-driven Insights : Analyze the performance of partner initiatives, tracking key metrics such as leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI. Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize future co-marketing campaigns.
