Manual Press Operator : Responsible for executing a wide array of press operations with precision and meticulous attention to detail. The primary objective is to ensure the accurate production of stamped components while adhering to stringent quality standards and operational protocols.
Responsibilities :
- Perform press operations such as pleating, coining, and forming parts with inserts, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize deburring tools to remove excess material and ensure component surfaces meet quality standards.
- Set up press equipment for various operations, ensuring proper alignment and adjustment of machine settings.
- Perform designated operations as per drawing / work order requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
