Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our multidisciplinary therapy team. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a strong background in pediatric therapy and clinical management. The Clinical Director will oversee day-to-day therapy operations, mentor and support clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining a reduced caseloadof direct therapy services.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled therapist to advance into a leadership position while continuing to provide hands-on therapy in a collaborative, play-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Clinical Oversight
- Provide guidance and oversight to a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants.
- Monitor clinical quality, productivity, and patient outcomes, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure all therapy services align with best practices, compliance standards, and the clinic’s mission.
- Lead clinical team meetings, providing mentorship and training to enhance therapist skills and professional growth.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new clinical staff.
Patient Care & Program Development
- Maintain a reduced caseload, providing high-quality therapy services within your licensed discipline (OT, PT, or SLP).
- Develop and refine therapy programs to incorporate innovative, evidence-based interventions.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity across therapy services.
Family & Community Engagement
- Serve as a key resource for parents and caregivers, educating them on therapy goals and strategies for continued progress at home.
- Build relationships with referring physicians, schools, and community partners to enhance awareness and accessibility of therapy services.
- Address patient and family concerns, ensuring a positive therapy experience and high patient satisfaction.
Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and adherence to clinical policies, insurance regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to improve clinic operations, scheduling efficiency, and workflow management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, therapy innovations, and regulatory requirements affecting pediatric therapy.
Qualifications:
Education & Licensure
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
- Current California licensure in one of the above disciplines.
- ASHA CCC-SLP (if applicable for SLP candidates).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of pediatric therapy experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Previous leadership, mentorship, or management experience preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple therapy disciplines.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
