Position Overview :
Recess Pediatric Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves conducting evaluations and treatment sessions at our clinic locations. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and the unique needs of each child.
- Provide direct physical therapy services including interventions to enhance motor skills strength coordination and functional mobility.
- Collaborate with families caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support the childs physical development at home.
- Participate in team meetings case conferences and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
