Summary
As a Collection Agent at RecFi LLC, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments. This position is essential in supporting our financial operations and enhancing customer relationships.
Job is remote unless you are within driving distance to our Tysons, VA, Orlando, FL or Belmar, NJ offices.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate account management.
- Analyze accounts to identify trends in payment behaviors and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to account status.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and account statuses for management review.
- Assist in resolving disputes related to billing or payment issues.
Qualifications
- 5 years of secured consumer loan collections experience required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work nights and weekends throughout 40 hour week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,580.00 - $65,000.00 per year
