Summary

As a Collection Agent at RecFi LLC, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments. This position is essential in supporting our financial operations and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate account management.
• Analyze accounts to identify trends in payment behaviors and develop strategies for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to account status.
• Prepare reports on collection activities and account statuses for management review.
• Assist in resolving disputes related to billing or payment issues.

Qualifications

• 5 years of secured consumer loan collections experience required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work nights and weekends throughout 40 hour week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,580.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Debt Collection: 5 years (Required)
