What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phone Operator position at Recharge Clinic?
This is a very important job in our office! This team member is the first impression for every patient or prospective patient who calls our office. MUST be excellent at customer service. We prefer you have experience working in a medical office, phone experience and EHR experience. We are extremely fast paced, must be able to work under pressure as you remain calm and friendly with patients. ABSOLUTELY MUST BE HEALTH AND WELLNESS MINDED! We are a weight loss, Vitamin, hormone and health clinic. All team members MUST be a good example to our patients.
Responsibilities:
answering phones
scheduling patients,
transferring calls and making patients happy!

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Hours: Between 7:45am-7:45pm Weekdays, 7:45-2pm weekend rotation.
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
