Rechtien International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable Idealease Service Advisor to join our team at our Miami location.
Position Summary :
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
- Can ascertain truck problems and services required as per customer's description of issue; able to conduct inspection.
- Determine customers’ needs and convey this information to the service department.
- Open and close repair orders as needed.
- Handles customer complaints.
- Investigate the progress of truck repairs and status changes.
- Ensure trucks are parked in assigned areas, trucks are locked, and keys are tagged and properly stored.
- Experienced with the Excede / Proceed Dealer System is a Plus, but we will train.
- Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude.
