Rechtien International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable Service Advisor to join our team at our Ft Lauderdale location.
Position Summary :
- Can ascertain truck problems and services required as per customer's description of issue; able to conduct inspection.
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.
- Handles customer complaints.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
- Develops estimates; prepares repair orders (RO).
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of truck; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns.
- Semi-monthly Salary paid with monthly bonus.
- Experienced with the Excede / Proceed Dealer System is a Plus, but we will train.
- Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude.;
