What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at RECHTIEN INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS INC?
Position Summary:
- Can ascertain truck problems and services required as per customer's description of issue; able to conduct inspection;
- Develops estimates; prepares repair orders (RO);
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of truck; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns;
- Semi-monthly Salary paid with monthly bonus;
- Experienced with the Procede Dealer System is a Plus, but we will train;
- Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude.;
- Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday
