• The person will be trained on the following jobs: CIP/Clean-up, Depalletizer/Unscrambler, Filler, Loader/Unloader, and OPR Sterilizer (involving correct time and temperature settings as well as proper program downloading and product flow) for both 2oz., 6oz., 32oz, plastic lines and 13oz can line.
• Coordinate all required corrections/changes of the batch record documentations.
• Must be able to communicate with Co-Workers, Supervisor, and Associate Manager to ensure work processes are achieved.
• Responsible for critical decision making and recommendations around process critical control parameters and communicate issues with the Supervisor or Associate Manager.
• Observe and notify appropriate personnel of FDA and OSHA violations.
• Coordinate the segregation of product when necessary due to potential quality defect or a process deviation.
• Initiate appropriate paperwork/ documentation for quality defect or process deviations when necessary.
• Review in-process records to ensure they are complete and accurate.

• A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
• An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
• A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.
