Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new client leads in Miami
  • Market human resources recruiting services to new clients

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR.
  • At least 4,000 followers in your professional Linkedin network.
  • Experience in the Miami market.
  • Use of LinkedIn as the main work tool.
  • Expert knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Mastery of office computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You will need to have Stripe active in order to collect your sales commissions.
  • Availability to work with your own tools : Laptop, Linkedin Sales Navigator and CloudTalk.
  • It is essential to reside in the USA.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and proactive attitude.
