Role Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Director, Ecommerce Operations to lead and optimize our operations across data analysis, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Oversee the design and implementation of data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Execute strategies to optimize inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
Create and implement demand planning models based on historical data, market trends, and business goals.
Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, fulfillment, and returns, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage supply chain documentation and the coordination of shared logistics documentation
