Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, including site development, drainage systems, catch basins, and structural concrete. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of construction plans, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage site development including grading, excavation, concrete work, and catch basin installation.
• Interpret and analyze construction plans to ensure compliance with design specifications and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, engineers, and field teams, to keep projects on track.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local, state, and federal laws.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and reporting to senior management.
• Identify and resolve challenges in real time to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and submit project requisitions, budgets, and status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of project management experience in civil construction, concrete, or earthwork.
• Strong knowledge of site development, grading, drainage, and catch basin installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
