Job Summary
The purpose of this role would be to assist the Performance Team Lead progress development for the digital tools, analytics, and reports which will ultimately be used to drive performance and enhance decision-making across departments including HSSE, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering. The role will focus on delivering key features of the client Performance Reporting System Project such as the Monthly O&M Report and the Weekly Operations Report.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Perform gap assessment and deliver report for O&M Monthly Report requirements, Monthly Asset Performance Report meeting materials, and department performance scorecards.
- Construct the Asset KPI Register
- Produce KPI Datasheets for Asset Level KPIs.
- Produce Department Scorecard Metric Database (Excel).
- Laisse with department managers for their input into the Project as needed.
- Produce supporting materials for the O&M Reporting Task Force milestone meetings.
- Provide routine Project status reports for Team Lead
- Produce deliverables for Monthly O&M Report
- Produce deliverables for Weekly Operations Report
Qualifications and Skills
- High proficiency in common MS Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong ability to translate data into effective visual representations.
- A good understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
- Precision in analyzing data and identifying errors
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to work strategically with minimal direction
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or Co-op Engineering experience in a plant environment would be a plus.
- Awareness of oil and gas operational workflows and KPIs common to the industry.
- Proficiency in creation of dashboards with BI tools such as Power BI

Summary of Description:Perform limited tasks and calculations necessary for engineering and design efforts supporting construction drawings and packages under the guidance of a supervising engineer.
Duties:
- Checking drawing packages and vendor submittals for completeness and accuracy.
- Convey adequate instructions to enable the design staff to perform their task with quality work.
- Perform calculations for related discipline under the direction and supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in a related discipline from an accredited university with 0-2 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, offshore, pipeline or utility industries; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
License Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License as per State law or requirement
- Engineer Intern (E.I.) certification preferred
Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory codes and requirements for the related discipline preferred.
- Understanding of basic engineering principles and application.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial plant and construction sites outdoors at any time of the year.
- Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.
- Ability to use multi-level stair towers and rung ladders unassisted.
- Ability to hear safety alarms and signals while wearing hearing protection.
- Ability to sit at desk and operate computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
- Ability to see with visual acuity and distinguish between colors.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs. on a regular basis is required and at times lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.
