Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Omaha team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, inspire a team of pest control professionals to achieve their best, and help to maintain our local relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
- Drive sales and profitability by developing and implementing effective business strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pest control technicians.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets, including expenses and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local/state regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and address service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in service, or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in sales management and achieving financial targets.
- Proficiency in using business management tools, such as CRM software and scheduling systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Suite programs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
