Project Manager Underground Utility Construction
Location : Houston TX
Salary : $100135k Incentives
Schedule : 8 AM 5 PM
Responsibilities :
- Manage submittals RFIs and project documentation to ensure timely approvals
- Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
- Communicate with clients engineers and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Monitor project budgets change orders and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements safety standards and industry regulations
- Assist with procurement material tracking and workforce planning
