Senior Project Manager – Underground Utility Construction
Location : Houston, TX
Salary : $120-150k Incentives
Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple underground utility projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Manage project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation efficiently
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
- Ensure project budgets, costs, and resources are effectively controlled
- Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and company leadership
- Lead project teams, mentor junior project managers, and drive operational excellence
- Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards
