Fertilizer and power being our primary industries. The safety of our employees is the number one priority in our company. We have many long term employees because we pay a competitive rate, have outstanding benefits (including dollar for dollar match on 401K up to 6%) and the vast majority of our employees sleep in their own bed at night.
