We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. As a
Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our
financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
● Process incoming bills and outgoing payments as needed.
● Enter donations received in QBO and Salesforce.com.
● Assist in creating donation receipts.
● Monitor and record changes to grant expenses.
● Enter and print Foster Grandparent Program monthly stipends.
● Assist with monthly financial reports.
● Maintain a cash drawer and manage records of cash counts after operating
hours.
● Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
●Currently working towards or earned a Bachelors Degree in a related field or
an equivalent in related experience.
● General knowledge of spreadsheets, including proficiency in MS Excel and
Google Sheets.
● Familiarity with QBO (is preferred).
● Great attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
● Highly organized and process-oriented.
