Key Responsibilities:
As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls and gather data on various topics through telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys. Your duties will include making outbound phone calls, reading scripts verbatim, asking questions, and recording responses.
Skill Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak clearly over the phone
- Comfort with phone conversations
- Basic computer, reading, and typing skills
- 30 Words Per Minute (net) Typing Requirement
- Understanding of good customer service principles
Experience and Training:

Average hourly pay: $12
Bilingual Pay: $12.50 per hour (Spanish/English) after certification
