Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our Monitoring, Call Center, and Intervention team in Maine. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele. This multifaceted position involves customer support, outreach initiatives, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
- Conduct outreach campaigns to engage and inform customers about our services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience
- Create and update support documentation, make training videos, etc.
- Work with our development team to thoroughly test new versions of our software.
- Assist with hardware preparation and shipping
- Own various ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Written communication is key. Strong writing and grammar are a must.
- Personable/charismatic. You need to be able to build rapport with our customers and vendors.
- Analytical/problem-solving. You need to be able to solve puzzles and think about problems efficiently.
- Attention to detail: You need to be able to complete detailed assignments with accuracy.
- Responsible/accountable. It's critical that you do things with urgency when you say you will, even when juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Must be located in Southern Maine.
